Department: Accounts and Finance, Nirala Dairy
Job Title: Accounts Executive (Milk Procurement)
Location: Dairy Plant, Tandliawala

Responsibilities:
• To gather data and prepare daily, weekly and monthly Milk Procurement reports
• To check and validate monthly procurement reconciliations, MPD expenses and adjustments
• To coordinate amongst Accounts and MPD Area Accountants for data & reports compilation
• To provide accurate milk costing on a regular basis to Cost Accountant for product costing
• To liaison with Treasury and MPD to ensure timely payments to milk suppliers
• To coordinate with Manager Budget & Planning for annual budget and MPR
• To provide variance analysis and report on actual milk data
• To follow-up on all pending matters until closed
• To visit milk procurement areas for training the area Accountants

Qualification & Experience:
MBA (Finance) or M.Com with proficiency in MS Office having 2-3 years FMCG experience with atleast 2 years in procurement accounting

Special job requirements (if any):
Traveling to milk areas and late sittings during budget exercise and MPR
